Still working on the 'technicalities' of blogging

Hi. The last blog I did - without the help of my daughter who knows a lot more about blogging than I do - seems to be somewhere in limbo. If getting this short blog up and running works, then I feel I might have learned something, and be on my way to serious blogging and making contacts. So here's hoping. (Unfortunately my 'blog teacher' - my daughter Tonya - has gone back to Sweden.)
